SHIPPING INFORMATION
We generally ship within 1-2 days of placing your order. We
should send you an email confirmation of you order within that
amount of time. Should you not receive a confirmation, please
email us because we may not have gotten the order. It is rare,
but it does happen. We will email or call you if the item you
selected is not in stock or the color you selected is not available.
You may return your purchase or any part of your purchase within
15 days of receipt for any reason, provided it is UNUSED in its
original packaging. WE DO NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING CHARGES unless
the item was shipped incorrectly or defective. Please include
a copy of the receipt.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Our standard shipping is by UPS ground. UPS with in the continental
US is usually 2-6 days depending on where you are in relation
to our shipping point (Houston, TX). Either coast is 4 working
days from Texas. Northern states like MI, WI, IL are 3-4 days.
We will ship the small orders of fanny packs (under 2 lbs.)
by priority mail. That usually takes 2-3 days. Shipments to AK
and HI will be cheapest by mail unless you request UPS or Fedex.
They only ship by air to those two states. Our standard $6.00
shipping covers 3lbs. to AK and HI. We will contact you on orders
over 3lbs.
We can ship your order expedited for an additional charge. Please
let us know in the comment section of your order and we will
email you the additional amount to ship your order 1,2, or 3
Day. If you are reading this and you have already placed your
order, just send us an email specifying the type of expedited
service you need and we will get back to you by email or phone.
We can ship out of the US, but that shipping will have to be
quoted based on where it is going, how heavy and how fast.
